CAPSULE POLISHER TD 492
The new
CVC TD 492 is a combination unit, which can be used for:
1)
capsule polishing. 2) tablet de-dusting and 3) eliminating empty
capsules.

Easy adjustability of machine angle and height for
attachment to the discharge port of Capsule Filler or Tablet Press.

Polished capsules or dedusted tablets are completely
clean for packing.

No additional processing is necessary.

A nylon polishing brush inside the stainless steel
SUS316 perforated tube.

Empty capsules, broken tablets and unclosed capsules
are rejected and placed into the collection tray.

Stainless steel construction meets cGMP requirements.

The safety switch immediately stops the polisher when
the belt cover is open.

Variable speed is controlled by a vector inverter to
create a more powerful moment of starting force
