Volumetric Gear Pump Fill

Automatic volumetric filling and capping applicable for general products

 

  • Sanitary gear pump performs filling for viscous and general products.

  • Especially applicable for liquid medical and cosmetic products.

  • Each gear pump is driven by an individual servo motor for high accuracy of liquid filling.

  • LCD displays fill volume. Digital settings for different fill volumes are easily made.

  • No change parts are required for different bottle sizes.

  • Diving type filling station prevents spillage during filling. Excellent for foaming products.

  • Liquid contact parts are Stainless Steel AISI 316.
